1. Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened.
- Refunds/replacements are considered only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong product
- You receive a product past its expiry date
- To request a refund/replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic/video proof of the issue.
3. Refund Process
- If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped once the defective item is verified.
4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Situations
- Opened or partially used products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delays in delivery due to courier/logistics partners or factors beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, strikes)
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns (where applicable) must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged/incorrect product sent by us.
