Refunds & Cancellations Policy 

At Veda’s Secret, we take great care in crafting premium wellness products. We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refunds & Cancellations Policy carefully before making a purchase. 

1. Order Cancellations 

  • Once an order has been placed, processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

2. Returns & Refunds 

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened. 
  • Refunds/replacements are considered only in the following cases: 
  • You receive a damaged product 
  • You receive the wrong product 
  • You receive a product past its expiry date 
  • To request a refund/replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic/video proof of the issue. 

3. Refund Process 

  • If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped once the defective item is verified. 

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Situations 

  • Opened or partially used products 
  • Change of mind after purchase 
  • Delays in delivery due to courier/logistics partners or factors beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, strikes) 

5. Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping costs for returns (where applicable) must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged/incorrect product sent by us.
